Borealis Guatemala Organic Coffee

A solid medium roast that Borealis made to be a crowd pleaser. Being a washed coffee, you can expect a smooth and creamy body with balanced flavors and a clean finish. Their Union Cantinil is a very versatile coffee that stands up against many brew methods. A classic pour over will highlight a clean cup with quiet fruit notes while  making a batch of cold brew will accent the milk chocolate and nutty tones.

There are as many as 76 small producers, with farms averaging 1.5 hectares in size, that contribute to this lot. Coming from so many different farms, numerous varieties are harvested and include Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuai.
