What is Fire Cider?

An herbal preparation made for hundreds of years. It has a warming apple cider vinegar based which helps extract medicinal minerals within the plants added to the vinegar such as garlic, onion and horseradish, and then preserved and sweetened slightly with honey. "Fire Cider" was coined by well-known, well-loved herbalist Rosemary Gladstar. There are many renditions of Fire Cider, this is ours. Each batch has its own uniqueness and flavor. No one batch is the same.

A long-fermented kombucha vinegar that can be used like any other vinegar.  Add to delicious dishes, hot tea, seltzer, dressings, marinades, and more!

Tastes flowery, earthy, clean. Pairs well in salads, marinades for chicken or seafood.
