Borealis espresso is full bodied and a little sweet without having to roast it too dark. It’s great on its own, or as a base to a milk drink (or with an Aeropress!) This coffee can really be dialed in to your own taste.
If you’re a home espresso enthusiast, this is a fun coffee to play around with. Depending on what you’re looking for, you can make it bright or heavy. Borealis dials their shots in to bring out brown sugar, molasses, and just a hint of berry.

I am a coffee snob, maybe because I am a educated wine drinker. I truly am not sure., RI has many a coffee roaster… we are lucky, Borealis is my coffee roaster. I have to tell the truth, PRE COVID, on Saturdays after my Yoga at Jala…. I went to Rebelle Artisian bagels, ( BEST NYC proper made bagels) for a bagel and coffee, their coffee I loved. I bought from them… LOCKDOWN…. I after some time. find Borealis on Whats Good , I ordered that way, I have been to Riverside to their cafe…. When I began getting Fully Rooted delivered each week, I was thrilled to see they also had the Borealis. Three Phase espresso, I do not make espresso with this blend. Its my regular coffee in a French Press…. Its Medium , well balanced , Its delicious . Give it a TRY. don’t let the name fool you.
