Fully Rooted is my favorite Kombucha company. I love all the flavors but there is something about the citrus hibiscus. It is a clean flavor. When I drink it the word that comes to mind is clean; lemony, and crisp. Though I love all the ingrediants (especially the honeybush) the way its mixed allows all the overall flavor to be distinct and, well, crisp.
