How to:
- Early morning 1 oz. Wheatgrass on an empty stomach for maximum absorption wait 30-minutes before having hot water and lemon to help lubricate your digestive system
- Mid-Morning first 16 oz. juice
- Late Morning second 16 oz. juice
- Early afternoon third 16 oz. juice
- Mid afternoon fourth 16 oz. juice and 2 oz. breath of Fire shot for a boost of energy
- Late afternoon fifth 16 oz. juice
- Early evening last 16 oz. juice
Quick Tips:
- Overnight, fast with water or teas only, allow 12-15 hours between your evening and morning juices.
- If you prefer one juice over another in a different sequence, enjoy your juices as you’d like. However, we do recommend wheatgrass in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
- If you find you need more nutrients, opt for organic bone broth or vegetable broth for lunch and dinner.
