How to:

1. Early morning 1 oz. Wheatgrass on an empty stomach for maximum absorption wait 30-minutes before having hot water and lemon to help lubricate your digestive system
2. Mid-Morning first 16 oz. juice 
3. Late Morning second 16 oz. juice
4. Early afternoon third 16 oz. juice
5. Mid afternoon fourth 16 oz. juice and 2 oz. breath of Fire shot for a boost of energy
6. Late afternoon fifth 16 oz. juice
7. Early evening last 16 oz. juice

Quick Tips:

• Overnight, fast with water or teas only, allow 12-15 hours between your evening and morning juices.
• If you prefer one juice over another in a different sequence, enjoy your juices as you’d like. However, we do recommend wheatgrass in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
• If you find you need more nutrients, opt for organic bone broth or vegetable broth for lunch and dinner.
• Hydrate with water throughout the day, more than half your body weight in ounces.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT ORDERING CLEANSES:

1-day cleanses are only available Wednesday through Monday. These days coincide with our production and expiration dates. We ONLY take orders for cleanses 2-days in advance to allow time for preparation and production.

 Cleanses must be started before the “use by date” because our juice is not pasteurized

1. To order, please select for delivery on Wednesday OR pick-up on Wednesday – Sunday.
2. You may select what time you need your cleanse delivered on Wednesday morning so that you may start that day.
